Positive change for future generations

The Starlizard Charity programme was established to support charitable activities and to promote and encourage workplace philanthropy. To date the company and its employees have supported more than 75 partner projects across 19 countries, positively impacting the lives of close to 500,000 people – and we are driven to help many thousands more.

Charitable giving is integral to our culture and employee engagement is key to the programme’s success. Our UK Charity of the Year Programme provides our employees with opportunities to embark on personal challenges or to participate in company-wide events to support our staff-chosen charity partner. We also engage with multiple charities throughout the year for skills-based volunteering exercises with our staff.
