Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact in IT
  • Respond to users promptly acknowledging all incidents/request
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for all from users to VIPs
  • Have an overview of the team’s works and delegate effectively
  • Prioritise workload accordingly
  • Escalate common issues and problems that may arise
  • Pro-actively recognise issues that may manifest into larger issues
  • Manage and Support our Meeting Room IT equipment

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven history of customer facing support
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Understanding of Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange
  • Strong Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Eager to develop skill set in IT
